From Evidence to Informed Decisions

I specialize in program evaluation, research design, mixed-methods research, evidence quality assessment, and metaevaluation. My work has included research design, survey development, data analysis, reporting, and the interpretation of findings to support the meaningful use of evidence.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders, I help identify the evidence needed to measure outcomes, assess effectiveness, and determine whether conclusions are supported by sufficient and meaningful evidence.

Evidence needs often evolve throughout the lifecycle of a program or organization, with pilot initiatives, implementation efforts, and mature programs requiring different evaluation questions, methods, and sources of evidence.
